Finalists – Brian Smith v Drew Waddell
A closely fought contest as you would expect from two past champions.
Drew was out in 38 was 1UP and kept his nose in-front, edging to 2UP after the 14th.
The 15th proved decisive, Drew floated a lovely wedge over the left hand bunker, hitting the pin and dropping dead for a birdie – 3UP. Brian won the 16th, but unfortunately for Brian the defence of his title came to an end on the 17th.
Congratulations to Drew, his second Seniors Title.
